But a week and a half goes by no call so yet again I call them to now be told they will have to find them at another location and go get them and they'll call me back which is very unlikely given my experience. Customer service doesn't exist at this store I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We were interested in some furniture and once paperwork was done the lady came back and told us our limit and unfortunately we weren't satisfied with our limit but come to find out there is a hard inquiry that were pulled.... I asked her why it was pulled and she unprofessional just told us that's how it work and that next time I should have done this and that, the worst part she start lecturing me about credit advice telling me I "should've known better" (P.s I don't remember the lady's name but she was black maybe in her 50s and she wear glasses.)

I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.
