The other time, I got a text saying that my specialist was going to be two hours late, yet again. I get there for my rescheduled appointment, and I'm told by the receptionist that the wax specialist isn't coming in at all (she was the only wax specialist staffed on a Saturday, just like the last time) and had to cancel my appointment in its entirety.
