He managed to fit the flooring and skirting boards perfectly despite issues within the property which made it difficult (i.e. existing door frames that were not built properly and awkward cupboards). Myself and my partner were delighted with the way he fitted the flooring and impressed with his obvious skill and dedicated approach. He is also very friendly and I felt very comfortable having in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I got there in time and was directed first to the warehouse. Warehouse sent me to a payment desk to pay. There i was expected to know how many cuts were needed but I actually only bknew what sizes I wanted to leave with. Operator didn't know but we settled on four cuts. Later it emerged that i had been charged for two sheets instead of one. Next i went back to the warehouse but was directed to go and wait for a forklift truck diver at a waiting area. This took around 15 minutes with no staff knowing anything about where acdriver might be found. Then the cutting. After waiting for an operator bit was quite efficient but i had to help lift the timber. That was unexpected. Lastly back to the payment desk tobget s refund on the accidental overcharge. Due to a software problem this could only be paid on cash not to the card used to pay. So all in all a pretty bad customer experience although in fairness I did eventually come away with what I needed.
