I asked for this repeatedly today, even through a translator. Despite that, my nails are dull and look like they were aggressively sanded. Difficulty with English is generally a problem at nail salons, but this staff is impossible to communicate with. I truly don't understand how this place stays in business other than the fact that they do have a nicely designed interior, but that's enough to keep me as a customer.
