Staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Shop was clean. Inkwork came out great, and Felix had a blast tatting the US Flag that I had taken from my uniform. Had gotten a quote up in Fresno, and would have had to wait for a while to get it inked, but these guys were able to knock it out in about four hours, the day I walked in. I live by fresno and I drive to tulare to get tattooed!? I like sol ink and I'm very pleased with the work they do Eddie does my work he's rock solid and helpful not to mention a gentlemen he treated my gf great and she's girly and slightly indecisive at time (changes her mind) It's been a few months and my line work is holding strong. Complaints: parking sucks (oh well) a lot of traffic through the shop (understandable) ok now the other guys in the shop.... I find them entertaining not so much vulgar as some but good guys nonetheless. read more

I found this shop after posting a status on Facebook and my brother's girlfriend recommended them. I went in for a septum piercing, and I was not disappointed. The shop was clean and well decorated, and I felt comfortable. Drew did my piercing for me, and was patient with me since I had to take an extra breather before I went through with it. It wasn't as bad as I thought. My eyes watered like crazy though. The price was great, and there is a $1.00 fee to use plastic. No biggie. I've had other body piercing done before, a different shop for each one in fact, and in many different cities. This place is great. :) There were 2 people getting tattoos in the shop while I was there, and the artists were also very friendly. I didn't stay to look at the artist's portfolios, but I found their facebook page and looked at photos there. They do very nice work, and I will be back for my 5th tattoo next time I visit. Parking was the only thing that was sort of inconvenient since you have to back onto the road to leave, but that's no biggie either. :) I will be back and I would recommend this shop for either piercings or tattoos. read more

I've always heard about this tattoo artist named "Felix". All good stuff of course..just wish he was there when I had received the first tattoo that happened in my previous review. I just received a new tattoo by Felix and it is amazing!! The writing is beautiful, and the lines are so nice and tight. When you are being tattooed in the shop, each artist has there own room with open window and of course a curtain just in case u need some privacy. The crew here is very welcoming and you feel comfortable right away. read more

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced by Spanky. She was so nervous once we got there, but he went out of his way to talk and joke with her. He even got a few good laughs out of her. He patiently answered all of her questions and explained the process. He quickly got the piercings done, while keeping her entertained. Everything was very clean, and her ears are healing up nicely. Sol Ink Tattoo's and Piercings ** do not come here for you body art or piercings ** I had one of the female girls do my nipple piercings and she fucked up my left side. So I call and tell them I need it redone and they said come in and we can take it out for you and I said I can't make it down so the lady said you can take it out your self just clean it and come back in two weeks as I did. And when I came in the lady wasn't there and the male worker said he won't do it because they where supposed to take out the piercing them selfs and he said he will have to charge me for it. I asked for the female works phone number to get ahold of her and he wouldn't give me her contact information. These people are very unprofessional at there job, I'm DEFINITELY NEVER COMING here again. 100% wouldn't not recommend coming here unless you want your shit fucked up. The reviews on their page are fake this place is lousy, the people are rookies and "spanky" as they call him he treats you with the most disrespect. read more

I walked in last week for a couple piercings and it was a great experience. The shop is clean and really cool. The piercer was super friendly and made both my friend and I super comfortable.
