Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process. I left there and they looked great (a lot lighter than it was in the past) but after following all directions about not sweating not going in the sun don't go in the water, don't take a shower, (wait 7 weeks for it to heal because they'll get darker) my eyebrows look exactly the same as when I went there. When we discuss this, she constantly said, I can only fill them up so much. She didn't care that I was very dissatisfied Or that I threw $450 basically in the garbage. Everyday I put the same makeup and amount on my brows that I did before I went to her. You would think she could have at least said let me see a picture or something but right away, she was on the defensive. I wouldn't have minded paying 150 for a touchup after she actually looked at them and saw there was no difference. I am extremely dissatisfied with her. I Have already gone to someone else to have them look at them and they can't believe that anything was done to them recently. She will say any and everything to talk over you as well.
