It was my first time visiting Viera Body and Wellness. Wow! I left soo impressed by Cecelia. She educates you on her service. She explains step by step the process from the skin applications she uses on your skin to the devices she uses. I cannot say enough good things about Cecilia. I appreciate her dedication and professionalism. I felt good and comfortable with her knowledge and skills in her craft. As far as the service I received, well it's too soon to see visual results. I definitely feel I could use another session and I will. My skin does feel refresh and rejuvenated. I am looking forward to my next scheduled appointment at Viera Body and Wellness.

Shannon's product knowledge was very impressive, but what really touched me was her patience and the way she seemed to truly care about helping me find exactly what I needed, while seeking only clean vegan brands to purchase. I have a lot of hair and she takes the time to ensure all roots are covered and helps me come up with plans to keep my hair healthy through the dying process. She also listens to concerns and adjusts the mixtures as needed. For example, last time I went the dye didn't hold.
