WeWork is THE best and I really like this one in College Park MD. A few highlights: - Warm atmosphere and plenty of space to bring your laptop and get things done - Easy parking - Plenty of spots to mix up your location - i .e. they have this great couch area. - Nitro cold brew, lime soda water, and kombucha on tap! Great tap coffee too. - Being right across the street from UMD is nice to take a walk during lunch break. - Bike trails for those road biker like me - EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. You can't go wrong with WeWork anywhere and it's 100% worth the ROI and investment. However, this one in College Park is one of my favorites. Definitely check it out.

The space was the perfect size for an intimate setting with various forms of seating/chairs available. The windows allowed for a lot of natural light and there is even a small kitchen/bar space that allowed for light refreshments to be adequately displayed. There appeared to be a separate room apart from the main area that could be used a temp office or just a separate space for setting up. Overall, the space is well designed and allows for a lot of flexibility in terms of set up. The parking in the front of the building appears to be for zone 1 Hyattsville residents only during the week, however, there was a side street or two that was not restricted. The space seems like a good flexible use space overall and I would consider using it for an intimate event myself.

Was offered 2 weeks free with a move in date of Feb 15th the keys were not available when the were available I was dealing with a death in my family and couldn't pick them up which delayed the move in a week. The week start date should have changed to March 10th but the completely canceled the 2 weeks free. The CEO Chiki day o there's no weeks free Yosam said o we just said that to get u in 5. Construction during the day without notice causing us to close for the day due to the noise 6. They have a lobby area where customers can wait but when my customer asked where our suite was located they acted like Who, What thou they have the computer right in front of them to locate suites 7. 0 accountability and Per Property Manage Yosam if u don't like it Break Your lease n call your lawyer.
