Went for leg compression first. I reclined and chatted with my friends. This 15 min flew by and felt so good on my sore muscles. Sauna was nice and dry which gave the perfect amount of sweat without feeling sticky. Quick rinse and it was game time. If I'm being honest, the cold tub was torturous. I went from gasping for air to calm to the most violent shivering on earth. Then into the hot tub where my skin felt like it was on fire. Then back to violence. Was it horrifying? Yes. Would I do it again? Yes. I closed it off with red light therapy and left this place absolutely buzzing. Whatever happened in that 37 degree death trap resulted in some sort of high that I can't explain. I feel like I could run through a wall. I found this place via Tim at a wellness event and he is awesome to chat with. The employee on site, KB, is an absolute gem.
