I went in there having a truly rotten day. rotten couple of days, actually. I walked up to the dude behind the counter, said "I'm having anxiety problems, can you give me something to help with that?" He was instantly able to direct me to something he felt would be able to help, taking into account portability, whether I would be out and about or at home, and cost. He had 3 things out on the counter within a few minutes, and he was able to explain clearly why he had chosen each option. I have been a member (Medical) of Solace for over 3 years. The staff is helpful and they take their time with each person which I appreciate. I prefer the buds they grow to the ones they have to purchase, but I understand as people find out about the great deals you can get there and the quality of the bud...the plants they grow for me cannot always keep up with demand. So never mind - go someplace else and leave Solace for me! If you do go to Solace, be sure and look up Dr. Drea and tell her you are only interested in the bud purchased by Solace not grown by them! i love this place, especially the happy hour one of my flower favs is mockingbird. it helps me sleep, and i have severe ptsd so i really rely on it! and i rely on the prices too everything is so expensive! i usually buy the 1/2 oz to save money and lately i have not seen mockingbird in the 1/2 oz................. has something changed? and i love david. he's the best!! i ask him what he recommends on my way in if he's the greeter, and if i don't get him as my budtender i ask him what he recommends!! thank you everyone at solace meds read more

This is my favorite rec shop in town. It's way more relaxed of an atmosphere than some of the other ones. They have great product every time and without fail the bud tenders are super good people. They are knowledgable, enthusiastic, and move things along quickly without making you feel rushed. The location is a little off-the-beaten but totally worth it. I wish that I was introduced to Solace before today. First, don't believe the online prices. I doubt you will walk out the door paying any more than $200 if you wanted. Second, the staff was great. Marcus T absolutely killed it. He helped me choose the flower that was down my alley and was very patient throughout the process. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what I would like. I am giving 5 stars and honestlyi would give it alot more then that!! I wasnt sure what I wanted and was working with a small budget and Robin(9PW3V0) was extremely helpful. She also didnt not get annoyed with me for not being order ready but she went out of her way and informed me of the managers discount basket and we went through it to find what I would like... she is very friendly and I enjoy my visit so much more when she is there!!!!! Robin was very helpful with a quick checkout as once my card wasn't tapping or reading when inserted she sent me an alternative checkout method so I didn't have to pull money! I've used it before when their Wi-Fi was down and readers weren't working, but she enlightened me that the tax there is sometimes lower than the atm fee just depending on how much you spend. Cannabis has turned into my alcohol to get a nice buzz (due to alcohol interacting with some of my other Rx meds). Solace Meds is right around the corner and the staff are lovely. I'm becoming somewhat of a regular.
