I prepaid for an online order at this location and they flat out refused to fill it. I've never…read moreexperienced this in a retail environment before, but they quite literally took over $100 from me and would not provide the products. I showed them both the receipt as well as the charge on my bank account (both pictured below), and they said because they couldn't find it in their system they wouldn't fill the order regardless of the fact that I paid directly through their web-site. I'm going to be filing a suit in small claims court against this location and then we'll heavily publicize all over the state the judgment they have to pay out so that they can't steal money from people like this anymore. We're going to have volunteers passing out copies of the court order on the sidewalk outside of their locations. This is a totally dishonest group of people and they're going to experience the consequences of taking up roots in Fort Collins only to hurt the community.
