This is the worst travel agency you can I'm imagine..the owner fred... is nasty.arrogant.a liar .He is a cross between a bad car salesman and a crooked lawyer...we booked a trip and had to keep calling him because of the discounts my wife was finding that he wasnt....we left a 500 deposit and paid 630.00 for travel insurance.we booked the 15.000.00. Trip in Feb 2018.And had to cancel because of medical issues that happened. Called in March to cancel trip due to injuries and was hung up on.called back and was told by Fred that he was busy and will take care if it.so I called him back in a few days to make sure and was told .in a nasty way that I would get the 500 deposit back.but not the 630.00 insurance. He said they keep that. And he was nasty and arrogant. And started telling me this stupid story as to why not .And it made no sense at all.this is why you get the insurance in the first place...so after some not nice words a I called the insurance company myself.alliance insurance. First of all he never even cancelled the policy....second of all I told the representative that I had to cancel and it took about 5min on the phone and the alliance rep said the 630.00 will be credited back to my mastercard.i was like.your kidding that's all it takes.and he said that's it.so that tells me that this owner fred was trying to rob me.im sure he gets a commission from this. That's why he lied. Those of you that read my story make sure this didn't happen to you.because if it did then call the insurance company yourself.and my 630.00 plus the 500.00 dep.was credited back to my card.in 3days...do not trust fred.he is a nasty lair.nice try fred..you picked the wrong person to try and screw...I hope all the people that you did the same thing to and told them that they lose their insurance money because it's not refundable call there lawyers..because it's an out and out lie....solamor travel was going to let and injured elderly couple lose 630.00 because of your lies..shame on you fred...And your the owner..What a disgrace you are.shame on solamor travel ..I hope all the customers that you ripped off for there insurance money..come after you and get there money back..you don't fly straight fred......fast talker and a out and out lier...... read more
