As a special treat for St. Valentine's Day, my husband and I hired an elegant ride from Personal Touch Limousines (Staten Island) to take us from Staten Island to a restaurant in Manhattan and then to a hockey game at Madison Square Garden and back home again. Our driver Daniel was a real professional driver and he arrived early for the pick up and was waiting outside the restaurant and the Garden when we were ready to be picked up. The vehicle we had selected was a slightly oversized brand new 2022 Cadillac Escalade with all the options. Riding in it in Manhattan was nice; being able to view the tall buildings through the double moonroof was a treat for me because I usually do all the driving and don't get to do much sightseeing. Daniel knew exactly where the particular VIP entrance was, that our hockey tickets instructed us to use, saving us a lot of walking. He kept me informed where the car was located and when we came out of the game it was super easy to find him. (Anyone that has been to a game in NYC knows how hectic it could be outside the Garden.) We haven't used a limousine service, as a treat, other than our wedding in 1981. This experience made me feel very special and was the perfect ending to a most perfect St. Valentines Day!! Hired the company for a wedding. Owner is extremely rude but through a mutual friend/employee of the company I still went with them. Driver we had: Anthony. Moments before I am about to get married, my officiant asks me "whats wrong with your limo driver, hes not letting the bride out of the limo". I had no idea what to say. Prior to this event, it was requested and agreed upon that the limo driver would make multiple trips to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue. Anthony was provided with a detailed itinerary with all the details of the trips he would be making throughout the day. From the hotel to the venue, which should of been a 10 minute drive, was a 30 minute drive. While he was driving, it took Anthony 5 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. He kept hitting the curb at least 5 times and backing up constantly to maneuver the limo. When we finally got to the venue late, I confirmed Anthony would be driving back to the hotel to pick up the remaining guests. Anthony then looked down at the ground and murmured in disappointment... then proceeded to walk inside and take a 15 minute bathroom break while my guests were waiting at the hotel. After his bathroom break, while I was standing in the reception taking wedding photos, Anthony wanted to settle the bill for the limo... The guests ended up Ubering to my reception which defeats the purpose of hiring this company. The champagne was hot and the ice was in big blocks. Personal Touch ruined my entire wedding day and were extremely unprofessional. 1 - Their vintage car broke down on the way to the church with me and my parents in it (which didn't have AC in it btw). I was sweating and ruined my hair and makeup waiting for the bus to come and get us. It was mortifying and made me late to church and I walked down the aisle in tears. 2 - they outright lied to me about having a bus that fit 30 people. The one they gave us fit 15 comfortably AT MOST and almost half of my bridal party had to stand the whole way to the venue. I complained and the owner Joe complained that I didn't leave a tip and actually deducted his tip from the peanuts of a refund that he gave me. I was in completely shock. Do yourself a favor and book with someone else or risk having your day ruined like mine. This is the worst limo company that ever existed. read more

I found Personal Touch limo via Yelp search. Joey replied to my inquiry very quickly and gave me all of the info I needed. We made final arrangements over the phone and booking was easy. I had a small group of 6 heading from Queens to the Long Island Vineyards for a day. Our driver, Bob, was great! He called me before 10am (our pickup time) to let me know that he was in a bit of traffic and we appreciated the communication. The limo was clean and fully stocked with everything that was promised (water, soda, champagne, vodka and scotch). We were able to hook up our phones to play our music and we had a great time. I called a few company's to get some quotes for limos for my wedding so i Call personal touch limo in Staten Island , i told the man on the phone what i wanted and he quoted me 200 more than i was just quoted so i politely said thank you but that's a little bit more than i was quoted and out of my budget and he said no problem and a minute later calls me back and said who gave you your quote so i said the company ( who by the way i just searched on google and had decent reviews so i didn't actually know what nationality the owners were) to which the man on the phone responds " you want a smelly Russian driving you to your wedding " i literally didn't even know what to say because I've never had to deal with someone SO rude , I'm not really sure why he just assumed i wasn't Russian but either way who Says that to a customer ?!? My husband and I hired Personal Touch for our wedding, unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this company. The first thing they did that turned us off was that they sent a limousine that we asked for without AC on a hot summer day. Secondly, we asked for a runner and they never provided us with one. Thirdly the driver was told that we would pay for overtime and he was rushing us being very rude. Fourthly, when we got to the reception place they dropped me off in front of a big puddle and I had to jump over with my white dress.
