Cody has been a blessing to this Solana community. I have lived here through the transition of ownership and experienced a lot. I may have met Cody through a complaint originally but 2 weeks later I find myself very happy with the assurances and understanding he has provided. I think the next couple years will come with massive improvements after meeting this individual. I hope that everything goes as planned here and I find myself up signing on again next year but for now I am a happy resident in 2025. read more

PSA - finally on day 25 of my AC not working Management finally called an outside contractor to come investigate and fix the problem. But of course the soonest they can be onsite is after the weekend. So I will be at least 28 days with no air conditioning in the months of June and July with temperatures often in the high 80s to 90s. The problem is some how related to the electrical system because when the on-site maintenance staff was attempting a repair, the electrical breaker box was throwing sparks. This was last week and early this week. Needless to say I have been unable to stay in my apartment for most of the past 28 day due to extreme temperatures inside or the threat of fire. Not once was I offered a rent credit despite specifically asking. The communication with the management staff is pathetic and when there is a discussion it is a complete run around with few good answers. I have also called Brookside Properties, the property owner, and have not had a return call. Unfortunately I have heard from neighbors and others working at Solana that several others are experiencing similar AC failures throughout the complex. Indiana law requires a landlord to repair air conditioning within a "reasonable" amount of time. I believe 28 days to be unreasonable and will be contacting the local oversight agencies to determine next steps. read more

This apartment complex was recently bought out and is now controlled by different management getting things done. Here is almost impossible and in some cases impossible. It seems termite problems, window problems doors that won't open because handles don't work toilet the seats fall off and that's just in the first couple of months of living here And many of these problems still have not been fixed. The management seems to be nice but they just don't have the know how or the ability to get things done! read more

I do not recommend living here. This is an apartment complex where management does not care about its tenants. We had to live without a working AC and dryer in our apartment for a month in the summer, with little recognition that this was an issue. We have also have numerous maintenance requests falsely marked complete when they were clearly not. We had to purchase parts for items that were missing when we first moved in (e.g. a closet rod) and management refused to reimburse us. We had paint overspray on our car when the exterior buildings were being repainted, with no solution offered on reparations. While we were on vacation, we also had a maintenance worker enter our apartment to work on requests. Thank god we have cameras set up in our apartment while we were away, because this man left our apartment door OPEN, UNLOCKED, with the MASTER KEYS in the exterior lock for 3 days. Anyone could have entered our apartment, or took the master keys and entered anyone else's apartment. After speaking with management and showing video evidence of this happening, there were no repercussions for this worker. The management here takes no responsibility for anything. After much patience and unresponsive management, we have realized we will never be treated as paying tenants should. You will not call this place home. read more

Would not recommend this place. Been here for two years and the AC goes out at least once a year. Good luck getting maintenance out to fix it within a week. They don't tell you when they're coming, just that you're on the to do list and to expect them any time. The first year I lived here was great but they have recently started doing a lot of short term rentals which has brought a lot of problems. Have had to call the cops multiple times on fights breaking out in the streets. We reported the problems to the front office and never heard anything back. They do have a great location and nice walking path around the property, but there is always dog poop all over the path. Other than that they do keep up with the landscape. The pool on the other hand is very dirty and over crowded with unaccompanied children. Also had a DEA raid the other week. Seems like a trend around here. Hard to feel safe. Solana is poorly run, overpriced, charge fees, documents/rental agreement are not accurate...maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled/done properly/cause more issues. Zero communication by mgmt other than going into office which is a must. Pool is disgusting while open. Mold issues, trash issues, gate issues, dog poop everywhere, shitty appliances, drug dealing in broad day light, and several short term rentals. Nothing like it was a year or two ago...DEA infiltrated units earlier this year (2023) likely because mgmt doesn't require employment only proof of income on applications. The only thing they have good going for them is landscaping which is hired out. If you're considering Solana, think twice...or as a last resort. We have lived here almost 6 months now. The grounds, and the lake, and the pool, everything is beautiful. I have lived at Solana for a year now and it works perfect for me because I am close to work, friends and relatives. The management staff is fair to mediocre at best. My lease came up for renewal as Covid-19 ramped up and my company was closing its doors. They insisted that I had to take an increase in rent or go month to month at an even higher rate. No compassion whatsoever. I was willing to sign for another year and just leave the rent the same. When I spoke to Deb, the Ass. Manager, to let her know that my hours were being cut in half at my job, she made me feel as if I was the only one with this problem. I find that hard to believe with what we know now. I've asked to speak to the General Manager, twice now. Sam has never called me back. That tells me that she really could care less about their tenants. They just have that "pay up and shut up" attitude. Having done their jobs in the past for a much better and more significant company in the real estate industry, that philosophy isn't good for the company. Maybe these two could use a business 101 class on how to retain quality customers. Neither has empathy for the situation, apparently. Only cares about getting the money. I've seen several tenants leave. Not sure if their leases were up or they just bolted because of the poor management style and their greedy rent increases during dark times. Solana at the Crossing is not the best place to live in Indy but for now it's convenient. Parking is a nightmare too but that's changing as people lose their jobs and leave. People don't clean up after their pets here and that's not really enforced. It's noisy too - lots of dogs barking after 10pm and the office won't say anything because they aren't around when it's happening. I guess, in hindsight, I should have really paid attention to the reviews. If Inland doesn't hire better people than what they have now, then they will continue to have the same reviews. read more

I lived at Solana over three years. Decent apartments if you're in your early 20s or a student. I would not recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet safe place. The pool gets really wild on weekends, residents speed through the streets and blast music at all times of night. Valet trash rules are not followed or enforced. The buildings also need their public hallways power washed pretty badly. I am leaving two stars because the location is good with many restaurants, groceries, and the fashion mall nearby. There is also a walking path around the neighborhood which I used a lot during my time living there. read more

Please whatever you do, do NOT live here. Management is horrible, they never can keep word to anything they say and they over charge you for EVERYTHING. Always communicate with the office via email so you have documentation of information that is given to you (which I made the mistake of not doing) because if you don't and call the office to get any information you need. You will constantly be told wrong or false information because no one seems to know the correct information there. Which will lead you into paying more than you need too. My wife and I moved to Solana in July of 2019 and have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of this apartment community in Indianapolis north side. The office staff have been wonderful to work with not only at the time we moved but also with their kind assistance with repair services, package delivery and making us constantly feel welcomed. The apartment buildings are very well constructed and minimize noise from adjacent units. Our apartment has a fabulous view over a lake. The company made certain to leave adequate green space in an open meadow and the water to not block our view. Thanks to Shana and Kathy for helping us enjoy our home at Solana! Maintaining a 1 star, but adding some additional info as I've now loved here 9 months. Now that it is winter and it's snowing regularly, they are doing a terrible job of handling the snow. Today it snowed 5" between midnight and 630am when I left for work. The apartment complex hadn't started addressing the snow, even though the policy is to begin plowing at 2". When I got home at 5pm, the maintenance men were using snow blowers, but the roads and parking spaces were still covered with snow. As if that wasn't enough, my roof started leaking on December 21, 2013 when we had unseasonable rains. The maintenance brought me a bucket that day. On December 26 the roofing people came to look at it. It's now January 2 and I've not received any updates on how/when they will fix the damage. read more

Lived here for a year. The bad: At first look, the apartments are beautiful. But upon closer inspection there are a lot of problems. Ceiling leaks. When they painted over the previous tenants paint, they did a terrible job because you could see everywhere they painted. Office staff was not organized at all. Parking here is terrible... especially if you have guests. They have to park outside of the gate and there are VERY few spots. Be prepared to search for a parking spot EVERY night. It's "gated" but not really.. someone can just walk around the gate. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Solana thus far. I went on a tour on a Saturday, submitted my application that day and was approved by Tuesday...and I am moving in on Friday. The responsiveness and professionalism from the team at Solana was incredible...specifically Vanessa. They were extremely friendly and flexible with my quick move and answered every single question I had clear and concise. I am super excited to move into my one bedroom! Not to mention, the apartments are beautiful and clean! I spent a good hour in the apartment checking every nook and cranny and everything looked great! They have tall ceilings, granite countertops and clean carpet making it feel spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for any young professional looking for a nice place to live. read more

I would not recommend this apartment complex. Looks good on the outside but parking has constantly been an issue. Visitors must park outside the complex and risk their cars being broken into. Also the leasing office is terrible. They would claim they never received many packages but when I would contact the delivery services they had proof they dropped it off at the leasing office. We also have had bad interaction with the leasing manager/employees. Someone at the leasing office filled out our 60 day notice to be out by March 31st. Turns out we still have to pay through April. So there goes hundreds of dollars out the window. Which I am sure they have already filled our apartment because it's been vacant since March 31st. Also they make you pay for your carpets to be professionally cleaned, which isn't included in the cleaning fee. Don't waste your money like us!!! read more

I agree with the general consensus here, beautiful apartments but a poorly managed community. My husband and I (both under 25) moved in March 2013. Since we moved in, I have already seen the price of rent jump over $100 for our exact floorplan per their website. The real management issues started in the summer when the pool area was constantly filled with people blaring profane music and drinking significantly more than just "to enjoy themselves" in a rather confined space. Week after week our inboxes were flooded with courtesy reminders about pool etiquette until things escalated to the point where no alcohol was allowed at the pool and the establishment of the courtesy officer at the pool. The parking situation is atrocious no matter what end of the community you live in (there is no construction at all in my area) and people park in handicapped spots or make up their own parking spots in the entryways to the parking lots. This is dangerous as you can't see the oncoming traffic if there is a car parked in your lane (and people fly down the strip). I have brought this up to the management team numerous times to no avail. They will not tow, they will not leave a note on the car, and they are never on the premises early enough to see the rampant violations. All in all, there are just a plethora of minute details that are poorly thought out and poorly executed. The kitchen cabinets are not deep enough to accomodate my average size dinner plates, the mailboxes are all located in the middle of the community (clearly an afterthought) and the mail doesn't come until about 5-6pm. The actual address Solana Drive when typed into google takes you all the way up to Fishers, so Siri/deliveries/directions in general are pretty hit or miss and we have just gone back to using the old address of 'Renaissance Bay Drive' or 78th and Keystone when describing how to get there. The gates at the front of the apartment have been broken at least four times in the last 10 months and one of which was confirmed to me as an attempted break in by the Maintenance Manager. Please just keep in mind if you decide to rent here, you might be able to pay for luxury apartment, but you can't buy good service. This place is not worth what they are charging. read more

Beautiful apartments. Great amenities. POORLY MANAGED. Very lacking in parking. Construction still happening and not due to stop until April 2014. There are cops on the property all the time - seems unnecessary with the gates. But then you realize the cops are there to keep the residents in check - ok, this isn't college. They have needed to enter my apartment twice in the past 2 months - once for lenders inspections and the second time for furnace and fire safety (which I get, it's important) but also for an inspection of the "overall condition of the apartment." - again this isn't college - my apartment is spotless. Wouldn't recommend to anyone right now, but maybe once the construction is done I will rethink. Love the wood floors and granite countertops - not easy to find in an apartment. read more

I wish I could rate zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve 1. If you enjoy paying astronomical rent for a cheaply-built place where you can literally hear everything above and next to you, if you don't mind your car being broken into or worse stolen because management refuses to do anything about the broken gate, if you enjoy amenities that are left in disrepair without resolution or a promise they'll be fixed, if safety isn't a concern, if you LOVE dealing with disrespectful office staff that act as if every query is an inconvenience and disregarded, then ladies and gentlemen...SOLANA is the place for you!! Seriously, this place has gone into the shitter in the past 2.5 years I've been a resident. Along with the vast majority of my neighbors and friends, we can't get out of here soon enough. Updating from five to four stars because recently I have had a lot of difficulty with the office staff, which I think was actually linked to the overarching property management, Inland. I was supposed to receive a referral bonus for referring someone I knew to sign a lease. However, I was told the company lost my referral and that I would not be receiving the bonus money, but they would see what they could do. I called and asked about this multiple times over several months and I finally received the referral bonus, but it took about 4 months to make it happen. I just didn't feel that the office staff or property management really cared about me as a tenet. read more

I was excited to move into Solana, as the pool, gym, and lake are very nice, its on the river, the apartments were new, and they thought of amenities like kayaks and a dock for the lake and river. The community is also very clean and dog friendly However, I have a few complaints. First off, I could have designed a better community. The parking makes no sense. The community isn't even at capacity and people are already parking on the grass for lack of spaces. If you don't make grocery trips while everyone is at work, you may get stuck making several quarter mile jaunts to your car. There's also no parking at the gym or pool. My friends who visit joke about how hard it is drive and park in Solana. The roads are so narrow you can barely swing your car in and out to park. They just finished a new building, and I'm wondering if they will have to build a parking garage. It's designed as a healthy community, but you can't even run on the sidewalks since the parking spaces are on top of them. Though there is a running/walking trail advertised, it hasn't been built yet. And, no fault of Solana, the community is an island. You can't safely cycle or run/walk to anywhere else. If you want to get a workout in, plan to drive to and start in another community. Solana is full of yuppies. That's not a complaint either. If you miss college, you will love Solana. The pool on a Saturday looks like a frat party. However, they are opening up an assisted living community in the other half of the complex. I do not see this ending well. At the very least, I know I will never be able to make a left turn onto Keystone Ave ever again. Lastly and more importantly, there seems to be no follow through with resident maintenance requests. I have only made two. When I first moved in Dec '13, my guests noticed my name was not in the registry at the gate. Three calls/office visits and 6 months later, and it still is not in the registry. I submitted a maintenance request when my dishwasher broke, but it literally took four weeks and three phone calls before I could even get someone to look at it. That being said, I do appreciate the staff's general friendliness and the excellent facilities. They organize resident events and keep the community very clean. However, when you are paying extra for "luxury living," convenience and responsiveness are important. read more

The neighbors are rude and have no consideration for others and cant follow simple policies such as, no smoking, not leaving your trash can out all week, parking in actually parking spaces. Sometimes in the race of life, we forget the important things. Solana is awesome, it is a home where you can relax, get lost in the scenery and forget you are in the middle of one of the largest cities in the US. Their management staff is fabulous and continually thinks of ways to let their residents know how much they are appreciated. Anyone who went to their LUAU last year, cannot argue it was one of the best parties ever. This is a new community, and it will have teething pains like other apartments, but no other place has the lake,the amenities and the serenity of Solana. Solana has beautiful upgraded apartments but the maintenance and management of property is not very good! Moved in end of June and no air conditioning working. Unit hadn't been checked before moving in that everything was in order. The outside corridors and stairs are covered with a thick layer of dirt and dust since been here. Looks like they haven't been cleaned since construction completed. Not impressed so far! read more

Decided to live here for convenience to work, its newness and the great pool and amenity center. All of the above are truly great. However, be sure to consider the following when deciding to live at this apartment complex. Especially if you are a professional far removed from college and expect to be treated as such. Many complexes will meet these expectations as a norm rather than an exception. The fitness center unfortunately is not open 24/7 as promised. This promise and plan can be seen on their Facebook page dating back to the beginning of June as a response to a comment. It's a steep price to pay when you don't have access when you happen to be free. There is a NO ALCOHOL policy at the pool and amenity center. This either means that either this complex fosters to the types that cannot drink adult beverages and be safe or really isn't interested in catering to young professionals who are mature and want to enjoy a drink while at the pool. This policy is very concerning for a lot of reasons. But, even more so, it is very revealing in regards to attitude that Solana has towards its residents. Solana seems to be doing the hard stuff well, and the easy stuff horribly. Many complexes are unpopular given dated appliances, old and worn interiors, and lack of sophistication. Solana does this well. No matter how hard these complexes work at customer service they will always struggle. Solana doesn't have that problem- what they haven't figured out is that their residents demand to be treated like professionals, and not be petty with restrictions-- especially at this price range. If they can rectify the above issues and completely restructure their view towards their residents, they will be extremely successful. If these issues bother you as a prospective resident- I would encourage you to ask them about these policies when you are on your visit. read more

My lease at Solana is finally up and I'm out of here! This has been the longest year EVER. Over the time of my lease... 1. I had to get the door handle replaced when it fell off 2. I had to get my toilet replaced 3. I had to get an exterminator for an excessive amount of rollie pollies 4. I was ignored for over a week to get the smoke detector batteries changed 5. They recycling program was cancelled 6. They installed the slowest entry gate known to mankind Coming from apartments in which I've never had to call maintenance, for me, this was excessive. Only two positive experiences 1. The security officer... he's really nice 2. The new Asst. Manager... she's really nice. I'm guessing my experience wouldn't have been so bad if she worked there the majority of my lease. And as I was moving, one of my movers commented "I've heard a lot of bad stuff about this place". The rent is "too damn high" for this apartment complex to be this new and already have a bad reputation. Don't do it people. Really serene, clean, and peaceful community. Leasing office staff are really friendly and accommodating. Gym is always clean and has properly working equipment. It's never too busy either which is a plus! If there is ever a problem or a concern, issue gets resolved promptly and accurately. Visitor parking available on property which is so nice, (coming from downtown - i had to pay or visitors had to pay for parking). Leasing office is always doing incentives i.e. give away prizes like tv's and gift cards. One of the best communities I've rented from. Love it! read more

I am moving out this month but I am updating my rating to 5 stars. The office has really stepped up to the plate and made the changes the residents wanted. Gates are fully functional, gym and common area always open for residents, and the general mood of the place has gone up. Parking has become a bit of an issue but the office is taking the necessary actions to free up parking spots while also realizing the need for guest spots. I don't like giving out 5 stars because I feel like it may give the impression that something is immaculate and without small problems. However, it is very hard for me to find many flaws with the unit itself or how smoothly things have gone at Solana. If you're looking for a modern apartment and want a nice pool, nice neighbors, a great looking unit, and a good workout facility, you cannot go wrong here. read more

I've lived here for 7 months now. I was really impressed with the look of the new apartments, the security gate, and the pool/club house. Since then, I have become very dissatisfied due to lax response to our security concerns, cleanliness, and maintenance requests. The security gate has been broken since June. There are other issues, like 2-3 apartments and multiple cars getting broken into and one even stolen. I feel like I am constantly needing to bring problems to their attention, ones that could result in bigger issues. When I have asked what is being done to make this complex safer, like cameras or security guards, I receive lip service, no timeline, or no call back at all. I have been told on multiple occasions, "well that is happening everywhere". Well, it shouldn't be happening in a high priced community that is advertised as high end and gated. The only security they have hired was to protect themselves against liabilities at the pool, not to protect the residents against theft or possible bodily harm. The rent is much higher than it should for the quality of service we receive. We pay enough to get some very basic upgrades in security to deal with what's been going on. When I signed, I justified the extra cost because it was advertised as a gated community, but that has not been delivered. Now, I carry mace when I walk the dog at night or go to the club house and I have installed a security alarm at my expense. I am definitely moving out as soon as my lease is over. ***update*** I am reposting, because my review is strangely, not showing up on Solana's Yelp Page. Makes me suspect they don't want it out there about the safety issues. I also want to add that management has not been proactive about addressing dangerous and dirty conditions around the complex. Broken glass, trash, and even small dead animals are left out for weeks along the walkways. When residents don't follow the valet trash rules, the trash is simply left there for 2-3 more days, until either the resident is fined and asked to remove it, or until next trash pick-up. My thought on this is that management should be removing the trash (and fining non-compliance) out of respect for all the residents. Other people shouldn't be forced to live with their neighbor's trash in the common areas for prolonged periods of time. It is dirty, smells, and has been attracting wild animals. On many occasions, the dog waste collection containers are overflowing and out of bags. When that happens, you will find a lot more waste on the grass around the apartments. I have never seen anyone picking this up, but I may be wrong. One time, they left a ladder out for weeks behind some bushes right by many balconies, which was a big security concern. Most recently, I will report, they have done a great job with snow removal (except on the handicap ramps), but I worry that the salt that has been used is far from pet friendly. Multiple dog owners have reported their dogs freaking, lifting their paws, and/or crying out when walking on the sidewalks. That is a new issue, as of yesterday. Let's see if our concerns are addressed. At this point, you may think this sounds like I'm being picky or mean, but after 7 months of not being respected and being ignored, while they keep cashing your check and have one of the strictest and most costly lease break rules around (60 days notice, and 2 months rent penalty fee), it can get quite frustrating. read more

I have only lived in these apartments for a few months and I would definitely not be resigning a lease. I may even be out before the end of this lease honestly! The apartments are nice on the outside but the inside problems are ridiculous. It is August, I moved in May 28/29. Since staying here I have put in atleast 6 service request on the old, broke down washer and it has yet to be fixed or replaced. The second service guy advised that the washer was old and had ran its course and that I'll be receiving a new one, I waited 2 weeks without hearing from the leasing office so I called to see when will I be receiving the new washer. Let them tell it they are unaware of a new washer or the maintenance man that gave that information. So they keep sending the same guy out that doesn't know anything, all he knows is that the washer will run a full cycle. My issue is that the washer is NOT cleaning my clothes at all and it's leaving stains on the clothes when I use the fabric softener, so I've since stopped. At this point I want a service tech out and if that can't happen I need them to come pick up the washer and I will provide my own! I pay almost $1500 in rent a month to continue to have unnecessary problems that should be fixed immediately. I'm sure the previous tenant had issues out of this same washer so why isn't it fixed? The dishwasher doesn't even run water, the water heater keeps leaking, and there are bugs everywhere in front of my front door. Every night I come home, I come home to bugs all over the door. All over the place. The stairs are covered in Spider webs, stank bangs, moths, and daddy long legs. It's crazy. Valet trash doesn't pick up broken down boxes, they only take the trash and there's literally only one trash compactor on the property which is all the way in the front outside the gates. There's some tenants that leave trash sitting on the ground instead of putting the trash in the trash can that is provided to us. I came from an apartment complex that was nowhere near as nice as this one and I didn't have any of these issues and I paid less than half of this rent. Management is a waste of time honestly. Even when we get packages they don't place your package in the right location so you have to look all over the package room until you find your package. Notice- check reviews on google from 1 and 2 years ago, don't expect anything to change. This apartment has possibly the worst management ever. They are obviously learning as they go, as it seems they reactively send out memos for new rules and try to enforce them immediately. That may be fine if they were smart enough to send ample warning. A great show of horribleness was a power outage last fall. No emails sent, no updates provided. When we called IPL, they stated the complex was aware of the issues and Should be relaying updates. Currently, they are towing cars parked illegally. The problem here is,they don't have enough parking for their own residents and expect that 12 guest spots is enough for the whole complex. Want to have a guest, get ready for a tow. Get home late? Get ready to park on a curb, and likely also get towed. Over priced, terrible management, no parking = where is the 0 star button! read more

Where do I begin? It's an overpriced frat house. The noise is horrible, and regardless of dozens of calls to police management does does nothing. Our car was hit and run the first week. We filed a police report, but there was nothing recorded by management. Nor does the extreme rent cover the most basic things like cameras. The pool has been trashed several times, including arrests. No grass for months. Now that we have grass it's the toilet for the entire block. No one enforces pickup. They have a courtesy officer who sits at the pool all day and smokes near the dumpster with the people who have taken over the pool. You can't even approach it. And it's so small it's laughable. Speaking of the courtesy officer; there is a phone option for after hours noise complaints that are supposed to go to an officer. I've had to call 5 times now, and have never received a response. Other reviews at apartment sites show the same thing. You can hear everything from every apartment surrounding you. And on top of that the neighbors above us throw parties every week. More than 6 people, furniture moving, drunken screaming and stomping, smoking on the balcony, throwing grill grease into our yard, and puking over their balcony. Management did nothing for so long that it's pointless to even call the police any more. It's a non smoking community, but the courtesy officer and staff all smoke at the dumpster up front. Our gate is open half the day. It's been hit half a dozen times. People speed through the neighborhood. BUGS! Oh my god I have never seen so many bugs in an apartment in my life. Roaches, ants, pill bugs, flies, mosquitoes, and even a mantis. The area around the complex might as well be swamp. They send a bug guy in, but he spends 2 minutes spraying ineffective product. I had to buy my own. I requested they escalate it, and they set a date for the appointment. No show and I've been ignored ever since requesting a lease break. It had every potential to be a great place, but it's filled with horrible people and management that can't or won't do anything. Most of the people here are just abrasive and selfish. I was ranted at the other day by another resident because I had to carry trash on the sidewalk in front of his house to reach a dumpster. Really? It's entitled residents. Not worth the price at all. The worst complex I have ever lived in. Did I mention the invasive inspections every month? Our A/C taking 5 days to fix? The weed smell from the neighbors in our laundry room? Shutting off our morning water with 1 day notice? Just terrible. The high rating reviews are absolutely staged. They contain invalid information about the complex with bold buzzwords used to sell leases. They know the appeal is plummeting. They bought a luxury half built complex and sold it as such without backing up anything. read more

My experience with this apartment complex today was awful. I Rush out from work to get to this appointment I made with someone from the apartment complex walk in the door and this woman said I remember you from 2017 and I was like what. She said yes we stalk people here I assume it was a joke then said the apartment someone told me would be available at the end of the month is no longer available then she started offering me apartment in October. One of my friends lived here and had several of us over. Another friend got his car towed, leaving he, his wife and 2 kids stuck without their car or car seats. Apparently they have small signs by the entrance saying parking for residents only, but nothing labeled by any of the actual parking spots. And the parking was 75% empty, so there was no need to tow. Must have a contract with a towing company paying the apartment management to be able to tow as many cars as possible. Lucky I didn't get towed. By the way, my 3 friends that live there said the grounds and looks are nice, but they all hate the management and wish they didn't live there. All moved in this year and will not be staying.
