The EasyBase took less than 10 minutes to put together, and the mortise and tenon joins and blocks were perfectly cut. The first thing I would note is that the provided mounting screws were too short for my 1.5" black walnut top, and the screw heads barely fit in the apron mounting slots. The second thing I would like to see is the option for leveling feet. BUT to not hear from anyone from the company for weeks (In the summer) and when I call over and over I get sent to a voicemail or a women answers and says please hold before you can even talk and then sit anywhere from 10 minutes and up is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. When I finally did get to talk to someone she told me the window for my kitchen was damaged in transit and they have no information on when it will be in(no one called me to tell me this) she said she would get some information and call me back... never got a call back. I've now been on hold again for 15 minutes, to have someone answer and say someone had Covid and they are taking precautions. This has nothing to do with making a phone call out to just give some information I understand being short staffed but to not reach back out to your customers or inform them of what will happening with products that have been paid for to just sit for months/weeks with no call back is absurd. I'm not typically a person to give a bad review but all i asked for was a phone call or email even if the install couldn't be done and i couldn't even get that! I wont personally ever be dealing with them again.
