We installed solar panels in December of 2021. I decided to give time to the system to work to have a real valuable review. At this point I can sincerely tell that the company we used Solar ME did a great job.We don't have an easy simple situation. We have a lot of huge oak trees around the house and we did not want to cut them. Also our roof has a lot of different sections with different steep angles. So the trick was to find different parts of the roof which would be the most exposed to the sun and the house would still have a nice appearance. But we tried with Brian few different layouts until we came out with the most optimal version.All documentation approval and installation went very smoothly and fast. Jennifer was on the top of everything and coordinated communications with township and state certification.We paid upfront for our system and we are getting back payments from the state incentive program.The System works without any issues and we already produced in 2022 in 10 month 88% of our total yearly production. One year in with solar and SolarMe... I received a call from SolarMe a couple weeks ago saying that there's an issue with one of my inverters. I checked the app and it was completely offline - meaning half of my panels weren't able to convert solar energy into electrical energy. I probably wouldn't have noticed for a while since I don't check the app as frequently as when the system was first installed. It was great to know that SolarMe was looking at my data and identified the problem. It took about a business day to get someone out to diagnose the actual problem (bad inverter board) and then repair it a few days later. SolarMe is the real deal. Support this local NJ business. My experience with SolarMe was largely positive. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. The initial proposal materials were clear and organized so I could easily compare the options presented. I will admit there were a few hiccups with the installation, but those were mostly attributed to the Township review process and not the work of SolarMe. I was considering solar since last year and based on my research decided that I wanted Panasonic panels. I found multiple authorized Panasonic installers from their website and contacted at least three. I narrowed it down to Solar Me after meeting with Bill who was a pleasure to work with.
