Ethan and his crew were here within 2 days and completely evaluated my system and quickly diagnosed that my invertor (originally installed 2016) had failed and needed to be replaced. After carefully explaining the situation, I agreed that we needed to replace the invertor and evaluate the rest of the system. Ethan ordered the new invertor and when it arrived a week later he came with his crew to replace it. He and his skilled crew removed and replaced and tested the new invertor in under 3 hours and cleaned up beautifully. Prices were very reasonable and I was extremely pleased with everything. Ethan also informed me that there was a tax incentive for the upgrade and maintenance of the system. He has provided me with the documentation to complete the IRS 595 for the tax incentive.
