Blazing fast internet speed. Consistently over 140 Mb DL/ 20 Mb UL. They do not throttle or place unnecessary barriers to entry (other spaces require you to re-input a password if you're idle for five minutes or so). 2. Ambience. Bunker caters more to people who are trying to get shit done. While they are very friendly, the overall atmosphere provides for maximum productivity. 3. Comfort. Their space is brand new and so is the furniture. I'm very fond of real wood surfaces they have here and the ergonomics are perfect for me at 5'10", 240 lbs. 4. Excellent Staff. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. David in particular is a standout here. 5. Fluent English-speaking staff. If you're new to Mexico or do not speak the language, this is the place for you. Not only is the staff fluent, but they always offer much-needed advise on the area and Mexico in general. 6. Pricing. Their pricing is very affordable! ******************* That being said there are some caveats: 1. The place is brand new and the community is great but very small which, to me, is advantageous. Prices in Playa have gone up a lot since I started vacationing there about 10 years ago so I chose to purchase a new but lower priced town home in the Caribbean Living development. It's in the suburbs about 2 miles from the beach and the Paradise model was advertised as $130,000 including all costs and furnishings. They walked me through the process and everything went smooth through to the closing. After the closing, I started working with an interior designer that American Realty provided as part of the package. The entire time to finish the home was supposed to be 30 days but do to some communication problems with the designer, it ended up taking an extra 2 -3 weeks before it was completed. Despite the extra time it took to complete, I have to say that I'm very happy with the overall experience. The staff at American Realty was super helpful and worked very hard to correct the issues with the designer and speed up the process. As advertised, there were no hidden costs or fees and ultimately, I got exactly what was offered. The end result is well worth it - I have a beautiful town home with a custom designed interior in a very safe and quiet area of Playa del Carmen that I can enjoy when I visit and rent out when I'm not there.
