I would like to say i visited your great store today and was privileged to get my favorite person, Karen to help me. She is a treasure and knows everything about the shoes and my feet. I ended up buying two pairs today because of Karen's wisdom and help. My sister and i have bought shoes from Karen ever since she started working there and that is MANY years. I was surprised to hear about someone else experience being poor, sometimes makes me wonder about some reviews. I can't say enough about this store. They have by far the best selection of shoes I have ever seen. They have a lot of staff so I was able to get one on one service whenever I needed it even though it was busy. The girl who helped me incredibly knowledgeable and made shoes suggestions that I would not have known to consider. The staff at this store get a A+ in my books and I wanted to make sure everyone that looked them up knew where they should go. I will be back! read more

Was in town and dropped by the gem of a store. The staff there knew so much about all the shoes. I would have never known about all the advances on the soles and materials without there help. The selection and quality of the shoes was clear. I will tell everyone about this store and make this my new go to place to shop. read more

This store has choice wow and many brands that I had never seen before! Believe it a retail store still exists where the staff actually know about what they sell and pay attention to you. Just a really refreshing experience, easy to love shopping here...maybe even a little too much ;) read more

Terrible customer service. I have spent well over two thousand dollars at this store within the past three years and while I have rarely received good service, the great selection and convenience of not having to travel to Edmonton has always brought me back. After the way I was treated recently, I decided I will NEVER under any circumstances step foot in this store again. I know that I am not the only person that feels this way about the staff there. It seems as though if you aren't dressed a specific way when you enter the store, you are treated poorly. Funny that they would presume that one doesn't have money to spend because they may be dressed in casual attire at the time. It's Camrose for goodness sakes, not Beverly Hills! I am a big believer in supporting local businesses, but I hope these jerks go under. read more

I first visited this store with my sister, who was convinced that she couldn't get a good fit in town ANYWHERE! I was delighted to find such a great selection, and was served by a clerk that was focused on making sure we were satisfied, no matter if she made a sale or not. We left with not one, but two pairs of shoes with an excellent fit. They got five stars from me. And then, I returned one day with my daughter to introduce her to what I consider to be a top class shopping experience, even though neither one of us was intending to buy. She was so impressed, we later returned in the afternoon and each of us found exactly what we discovered we needed. I probably tried on 20 pairs of shoes before finding something that suited my foot. There was no pressure to buy and the clerk was so genuinely interested in serving us. There is such a wide selection of quality footwear, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. read more

This review is a catch-22. The assistant who helped me was professional, efficient and cared for my needs well. The Camrose politics prevail within the ambience of the store and it comes from the top. An unending glaze of a smile which denotes zero sincerity was 100% obvious. It is sad and amusing that they are unaware of how obvious it is, displaying a false snobbery that can only belongs in a small society. Get over it. People of true value would not behave in such a manner. Sidelines of gossip are all over the store and they do not deserve anyone's cashflow with this attitude. It may work for a few but the majority find it very boring and insulting. Money is the owner's only passion. And they do not understand that appearances do not reflect the true financial worth of an individual, the astute play it low-key intentionally. Well-finished jeans, t-shirt and jacket do not draw attention. Having said that, the assistant was low-key herself and pleasant. The selection of shoes ranged from tawdry and inadequate to acceptable. read more
