It's super close to the Stadtmitte UBahn and super convenient when I have to work late nights at the office since I can pick up even when they're closed. They do a great job, and if there are some spots or stains I need a them to work on, I let them know beforehand when I drop off my dry cleaning and they'll try their best to take it out (which happens in most cases).

When I explained that the job was not to my liking and that the boot was now too small because it had been sewed a half centimeter narrower, the woman told me that I was wrong and they had sewed the boot perfectly. Rulers don't lie and a half centimeter on your calf makes all the difference. Now my boot doesn't fit and I was treated very very badly. The woman in charge said she didn't have time to listen to what was wrong and that I would have to wait a week until her intern came to look at the shoe. "However", she told me, "in my opinion, the stitching was done perfectly." The same evening she called me back and said the boot was ready and I could come collect it. She led me to believe that it had been resewn but that was not the case. She tired to pass that off but the boot was the same and still doesn't fit. I paid 28 Euro and have brought the boot to another shoe repair shop to see if I can fix the damage she has done. They told me that the job was very bad but they cannot move the zipper back to where it should be without replacing it...so, it will cost another 20 Euro.

Ummm my jeans seemed to be a couple of cms shorter than I expected and they were definitely pinned…read moreto reach just above the floor as they had to be repin them to make them longer so I'm a bit disappointed with that. Plus last time the dress I had taken up was too long and I had to pay half the cost extra to have them taken up again. I like the place and people are friendly but my last two visits were not 100%. Schade!
