As you can imagine that is not a good thing when you are needed to be reliable and you can't come in! My doctor gave me muscle relaxers. The Emergency Room gave me injections. I tried staying in bed off my feet. I tried praying for relief from the muscle spasms. The ONLY respite from the pain has been the deep tissue massage I have received from this wonderful massage location. They offer a variety of massage and the duration.
