The handle on my 2014 Samsonite Mobile Office workhorse broke. Samsonite and Peter and Sons told me the handle was discontinued as the bag was old. In desperation I said, "Is there *nothing* else that might fit?" They don't make this bag any more and the size is just perfect. Plus it has new wheels, and new zipper (they had fixed both), so it was still good to go. I hate throwing out stuff that still works. Well, he said, there is one but it will need holes in the back. I said, what the heck, let's try it. The bag just arrived. NO HOLES. IT LOOKS PERFECT. Like it got a makeover. I am so thrilled. They made my day. I've had 12 years of memories attached to this bag and now it got a new lease of life. These people are helping the environment too: one more bag saved from the landfill. Thank you Peter and sons (and the mum who made them :) ). Great job!!!!!
