I really appreciated how knowledgeable and supportive James was. You can tell he really loves helping customers find the perfect shoe and he really knows a lot about the brands and how each might fit the wearer. Given how much time we spent there and the stride testing and attention to detail I was assuming the prices of the shoes would be at a premium, but I honestly thought the value was very reasonable and nothing you wouldn't see at another quality shoe store. Overall, we were there for over an hour having left with a couple of pairs that were absolutely perfect for us. They even include a 14 day guarantee if we decide we liked another pair we tried on.
