This is a review for the winery and tasting room at 20 Grande Rue, 51270 Etoges, France…read more "From the soil and the sun, comes the fruit, then the bubbles" is the tag-line of Ruffin & Fils createur d'emotions. This small tasting room on the main street of the village of Etoges just a few blocks from Chateau d'Etoges offers a delicious glimpse of the wonderful cuvees this cellar creates. We tasted the cuvee de Reserve, chardonnay d'or, blanc de noirs, Roseanne, and Nobilis. All were wonderful with favorites being the Reserve and Roseanne. This was our first champagne house stop and of course we bought several bottles for our forthcoming picnics in the country.
