Note: This is a resale shop. Waited in a 20 minute or so line to come check the shop. They have a bit of all the standard high end streetwear. I bought a few Supreme hats (from some seasons back) for a great price. They also carry Palace, Anti Social Social Club, BAPE, etc. It's spacious, well kept, and the people are very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend popping in. The resale market is strong and if you compare the prices here with some of the more popular streetwear resale shops online, you'll find the prices totally respectable. And I prefer grabbing in person as opposed to looking online. read more

Steer clear of this place for sure. Yet another store on Fairfax looking to drum up excitement and exclusivity to the store by making you stand in line just to get in the door. Spent 30 min in line yesterday just to have the doorman continually say "it'll be just a few minutes" as FOURTEEN people walked out the door without anyone being let in. With 6 people in the store and watching the doorman and other staff members friends just walk in and cut the line, I left. I refuse to support any organization that treats its customers that way. I get they need to manage the flow of customers so the staff aren't overwhelmed, but surely they can handle more than SIX people in the store at once. Save yourself the hassle and go half a block up the street to Flight Club. read more

Rent a cops in the front are a joke. The 2 security gaurds kept the door closed and just kept staring at us. Finally after a few minutes they cracked open the door and asked "what do you want". They were upset because it was close to closing time and he asked "are you coming in to buy something or just to look?". Told him not sure since I don't know if they have what I want and he replies " well ya'lll need to hurry up cus we trying to go home". The girl working was really nice. She helped me out with my questions. I came in my construction clothes right after work. I spent $2000 at the store the night before. While I'm shopping she tells me theirs a raffle going on in a couple minutes and if I want to be part of it I have to purchase over $200 right now. I didn't mind that. I go and spend $750. While the guy is ringing me up someone comes up and asks for a size. The guy literally knows the raffle is happening in a minute and still sees if they got a size. Someone comes out from the back, I think the owner, and says okay let's start the raffle. I say can I get my ticket for the raffle and he tells me to hurry up like if I can go behind the register and checkout myself. I'm waiting for the guy to come back with the size for the customer. Owner doesn't care and continues to call numbers for the raffle. 3 numbers are called and nobody wins. I finally get my ticket and the next number that's called I win and get excited. He tells me "nah man fuck that". I say, what why I literally just purchased $750 to be in the raffle. He says, to bad don't be a sore loser. So I was rushed to purchase for no reason. I was mad and I start walking out, then stop and just wait to see who wins. He calls about 7 numbers more and nobody wins. Then he says ima call one more and if no one wins ima just give it to him. No one wins and all of sudden he's in a good mood with me. He says for me to stay for his tik tok video about me winning. They don't care for customers, they just care about selling. I loved the store the day before but after that disrespect in front of everyone, they Forsure lost me as a customer. read more

My consigned item was either lost or stolen and I was given nothing for it. I had consigned my item back in 2019 when they first started and was never told anything about my item selling so I decided to go into the store to see if it sold and they then told me they couldn't find my item and it was probably in the warehouse. Gave them my number and they said they would call me when they found it. Never received a call so I went back a couple months later to ask about it again and they asked if I ever received a notification from their app saying it sold but ofc I didn't. So I explained everything to them that I was way before they even started the app so my item never showed up on the app they had. They had me email payout and they asked for proof of me consigning which ofc I don't have because it was back in 2019! Back when they first started and all they give you was a piece of paper. How do you expect me to still have a small piece of paper from 2019. They did nothing to accommodate them losing or stealing my item. I will never ever consign or buy from this store again. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Have never had this problem with any other consignment store. DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE! read more

Pretty cool store. Overall experience was nice. But I did notice that the guy who rang me up was inspecting a supreme shirt I was purchasing. Didn't mind it because I was kind of in a rush. Once I got home looked at it carefully and noticed a hole right above the chest area. If you are going to sell someone a $200 shirt you could be courteous and inform them that their is a flaw on it. Staff is also very very friendly + helpful. Miguel & Angel where great made sure we were taken care of. There was more staff as well walking around making sure customers where okay I just didn't catch their names. Honestly, great experience & great shop. located on Fairfax near all the other hyped street wear brands, this is Sole Stage's third location aside from their Alhambra and Irvine locations. this place recently opened up on October 14, 2017. upon entering there's a cabinet on the left that is full of Supreme gear. there are walls of shoes on consignment as well as those that are being sold by the shop. they also carry some clothing brands such as Vlone, BAPE, Supreme, and other brands. there was a good mix of Adidas, Jordans, and a few other brands of kicks as well. pricing for the shoes was a bit ridiculous, but not as ridiculous as Flight Club. they also have a little prize machine that has a few Yeezys that you could try to win if you're good at those games. overall, staff was eager to help and friendly. i didn't find anything worth copping, but would consider stopping by again to see what percentage they charge for consignment if i decide to sell in the future. read more

Fuck these guys. I ordered some products from them back in 2017 worth around 1000 dollars and never got it duo to a "problem" with my local post office. I was told I should figure it out myself and that there wasn't anything they could do about it. After countless emails and phone calls back and forth I was informed by a very honest and lovely individual working for Solestage at the time that In fact they had my package in their "warehouse" and that they were aware of it being send back from my country. I explained I was willing to once again pay for shipping and that I would be expecting everything to go smoothly this time. When I say emails and phone calls back and forth I'm talking about month's of conversations with a large lack of willingness to help from their part. Months go by again and nothing. We are now a year and 5 month's from the initial payment on my package. This time I immediately asked for a refund to which I got completely blanked and never heard from them again. I never got my package nor my money back I was very young at the time and spend that hard earned money on a gift for my birthday. I feel like I was taken advantage of duo to my age and lack of experience on big corporations being able to fuck you over like they did. Funny thing is these dumbasses have the audacity to Email me spam emails even though I have thoroughly asked to be taken off their email list as their "unsubscribe button" serves no purpose because it doesn't work. My emails literally states that their spam is a constant reminder of the money they stole from me. Shit company with even shittier customer service. I had a really bad experience at place as i was waiting in front of the store for it to open, i was in my car i was parked on the street which is know ass public parking and i paid for more than 30 minutes because I've heard good things about it and when the store was about to open the security guard at the place was running late to work which im assuming but he started to scream at me that i was in his parking and to get the **** out of there and that if i didn't move he was going to purposely hit my car with his white and yellow rusty truck so i can leave i really did want to get the chance to shop at the place but after this experience i decided just to go to flight club and drop 3 grand there i just hope the security guard can be moved somewhere else or just not work there at all because it would be a shame if anyone else feels this uncomfortable while trying to go shop at this place. read more

I was in contact with them for many months going back and forth, as they take days to reply, and eventually, they told me to f*ck off cause they weren't gonna pay me. I bought a shirt that looked like it fits and employee said it looked like it fits, but at the end of the day it didn't fit. Moreover, when I called the store next morning and told them that I didn't even wear the shirt and I don't want an refund, just a size change for the same item, I was told no. So I went to SoleStage Irvine and the environment was COMPLETELY different in LA. Once I walked into the LA location the way they greeted each customer definitely stood out. Their customer service was definitely on point they were so accommodating and I say that especially because I could definitely be a picky shopper. They were patient and took their time helping me along with other customers as they were also very personable and easy to talk to. They have a great selection so much you can choose from, they also have a wide variety of clothes sorted out by size so it's easy to look through. I told them about my experience at the other location and they were so shocked and immediately called them to address the bad customer service I received. If you are someone who is into shoes and certain brand name clothing this is definitely your spot. The atmosphere is so welcoming and although I see other reviews that say their prices are too high, being someone who buys so many shoes I am able to say that they are actually fairly priced above retail value.
