The finished product was nice, but dealing with the company was very unprofessional, and at times,…read morerude and insulting. I refused to pay until service was complete-including punch list items-detailed things that should have been done prior to calling a job "finished". Owner repeatedly texted and demanded full payment prior to completing these items. Owner also spoke poorly of 2 local businesses in an attempt to deflect blame. Additionally, workers were not respectful of my tenants bedroom space and ruined their carpet. Overall, the bathroom looks nice, but the journey was painful.
