The owner used machine that is too heavy for a residential lawn plus it didn't get into the corners and tight areas to aerate but the biggest issue was the high speed that the owner operator ran the equipment and when making turns tore the heck out of our lawn. We called the company, told them about the issues and the owner came out 2 days later, inspected the yard (while we were not home) called us and agreed that there was allot of damage - sections of the lawn tore up and bad (why didn't he check his work or care at the time of the service?! He said the company would come out and repair with sod and seed. One week later, one employee showed up and laid some sod and grass seed but there are still bare spots and little improvement (+ now we get to water the lawn every day as well). Not to mention no one called to see if we were satisfied etc. with the repairs and still to this day, no calls from the company. It certainly appears that this company only values how quickly they can do a job and move on to the next job. No customer service or follow up and no interest in satisfying or retaining customers. Definitely would never recommend this company for any lawn related service. Interesting that I put this same review on their website but they it isn't there now - they took it down.

Scheduled removal of 2 trees with stumps ground in spring. Removal was supposed to happen in about…read morea week, but wasn't done until a month later. When they showed up in late July to grind stumps, they refused to do it due to buried gas line. (Lines are 3' to 4' deep and grinding is 6" to 8"). We had to find another company to do the work, which was no problem. Both the line locator and grinding company couldn't believe Wright would not do the work. The year before, we had a Wright remove a white pine. Their stump grinder kept missing scheduled appointments. Finally, after repeated calls, they sub-contracted out the work. It was this sub-contractor I called to grind the stumps a year later. Two years in a row Wright Solutions left us hanging.
