Instead, I walked into cobwebs in multiple rooms, bathroom cabinets with hair, kitchen cabinets still dusty, gunk left on the floors, and even a toilet with urine on the outside and this was before I had even moved in so it was not mine. I ended up having to go back over everything myself. The women who came were very kind, but the actual cleaning was not worth the $200 I paid. I asked for a small discount afterward ($20 off), but in hindsight I wish I had pushed for more given the amount of work I had to redo. To make matters worse, within an hour of leaving around 9pm, they texted me at 10pm saying they "still haven't received payment." Considering they had rescheduled the job 8 hours later the night before, that felt very unprofessional and in poor taste. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don't have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can't even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I'm now stuck cleaning the house myself before move in at 6 months pregnant.
