I had to call every day after the scheduled date they were supposed to drop off, just to get a trash can($47 for spending hours on the phone back and forth hounding them to do their one job). Goodluck trying to reach anyone on the phone, it is a time commitment and you'll be on hold, for 30 minutes at the very least before talking to anyone(I have proof of everything). They will smooth you over with words but no actions and then you're forced to call back and they play oblivious. It is a constant back and forth and headache. The other companies in the area are $60 every 3 months while this company charges $136.06 for the same amount of pick ups and smaller trash can. Please spare yourself and RUN!!!! After all this headache and only using them for 6weeks (only 3 if you're counting how many times they actually picked up my trash) I'm $230+ in the hole with a bad taste in my mouth. Worst company I've ever experienced. Ever. With anything. Truly mind blowing how they are still in business. I am ending service and will be warning everyone of my experience. I started a new service(May River) and I get 2 big trash cans, AND recycling For $33 a month. Start up fee was $10. I got the trash cans less than 24hours later. WHAT?!? It just made me even more upset with Republic.

I wish I could give a zero score because I've never dealt with a company that gives less a crap…read morethan this one. Don't expect a notice if they miss a pickup and don't expect a manager to call back to fix anything even if you call everyday for two weeks. There are cheaper alternatives for the area so do yourself a favor and skip over this company because they'll gladly do it to you repeatedly.
