Karan was initially responsive, but the main countertop with the sink and faucet was installed about 1" off‑center. The faucet was visibly off center with the window, the section near the door was crooked, and the placement didn't allow enough room to secure the sink for inspection. Photos show the measurements. About a week later, they tried to fix it by drilling a larger hole. It was still off‑center. During that visit, they also scratched our brand‑new hardwood floors, broke a window, and drove over a door we had temporarily removed. The window and door damage totaled $633.62. The owners acknowledged the situation, saying the worker "got fired right after that whole situation" and that it was "just terrible." They agreed to replace the countertop, gave a timeframe, and then stopped responding. After we posted a negative review, Abdul contacted us, promised to fix everything, and pressured us to remove the review immediately. The next day, during removal of the first countertop, they broke a $280 cabinet, damaged paint, and put holes in the drywall. They installed the replacement countertop the following day. It was still off‑center -- about 1/2" to the right of the window. After more than a month of trying to resolve this, we requested a full refund to cover the damages and the cost of correcting the countertop. They offered $500, then increased it to $750 -- but only if we left a 5‑star Google review. The FTC, CRFA, UDTPA, and major review platforms all prohibit conditioning compensation on a positive review. I chose this company because of its high ratings. I hope others haven't had similar experiences. Save yourself the money and the headache -- choose a reputable company.
