Well let me just tell you, Ross and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was seamless and SO easy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quote includes installation and drilling holes for the sink and faucet systems. The process took less than a week from getting the quote to installation. Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. I have already recommended ProStone to friends of mine and I would definitely use them again. I chose "white G" granite and I just really love how it turned out. My next project is the backsplash! That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

They assessed the job, gave us a very reasonable quote, which they honored, even though they realized when they started the flooring repair work, that the materials we had were not quite right. He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts.
