I booked an appointment online, which was very easy to do. They charge half the price of the service at the time of booking, which is common practice in Spain.
However, my travel plans changed and I had to cancel online well before the cancellation deadline. I waited about a week for a refund and didn't receive my money back. I emailed a couple of times without a response before finally calling. After the call, they emailed me saying the money had been refunded but they were still charging 5 euros because "that is what the system charges them." I understand fees exist, but why does the customer have to lose money for cancelling an appointment on time? This was not indicated anywhere during the booking process. Highly disappointed.
