As an artist, having a place where you feel comfortable and free to be creative is very important & that's exactly how I feel every time I walk in those doors, not to mention, everyone is always so welcoming. I've always felt that no one cares more about my project than me, however having worked at planet for the past 6 months, I realize that others want the absolute best for my project as well. I truly appreciate the attention to detail that's been given to my album and the dedication to make it sound the best it possibly can. The owner is super nice and there are plenty of rooms for use, which was nice. Location: It kind of took me a while to find the place since it was in the middle of 2 restaurants and even then, you have to go up to the 3rd story of the building by foot. So, I hope that my pic of the outside of the building will help some! Pianos: I opted for room 407 which is pretty much just an up-right piano, though I can't remember the brand. My only qualm with it, is that the keys weren't as tight as I'd like them to be and it just needed a slight tuning. Other than that, the acoustics of the room were wonderful and you feel like you're quite isolated in there (which I enjoyed). Overall, my 1hr time spent there flew by so quickly, and if I ever have the urge to practice again, I'd definitely come back here!
