When I ran back in minutes later with $170 Canadian, both the cashier and the Argentinian were amazed at how fast I was... and that I had Canadian money. Out of breath I responded, "that was the fastest blow job ever!" The cashier couldn't stop laughing, she was completely caught off guard. For all you visiting from the States, the Canadian Costcos only take Mastercard, and our US debit cards don't work there. BUT for 70 cents Canadian plus whatever your bank charges you, you can pull out $$$ from ATM inside the Costco Store next door.

The Costco liquor store is right next door to Costco, but doesn't require a membership. Their…read moreselection isn't huge, but it's hard to complain given their prices. A couple brands of each of the most popular hard liquors, a dozen beers, maybe 30 wines, and a surprisingly large (relatively speaking) selection of scotch (at least when I was there). But oh man, those prices. I bought a 1.75L bottle of Kirkland brand vodka for $55. And it's not that bad either. Plus, it's an excellent conversation piece at parties.
