They have a lot of trainees on staff so that can get a bit annoying as things might take longer because of it. They Will Sternly Suggest You Get an Appointment if you don't get one. If you give them your number expect a lot of text calls and emails about donating blood. To be fair if you request to not be bothered they will comply with it completely. The building itself can be found very easily and parking can be a bit tricky some days but you can find a spot. If you feel like helping by donating and are Willing To Make A Appointment then drop in after doing so. If you prefer a walk-in or something I would suggest trying somewhere else. The staff is a mixed bag since like I said you have volunteers and such in and out of the building. I however have had mostly good experiences.

He took the time to answer all questions and made sure we all understood the material. He had slides and videos to illustrate the various techniques to save a person's life, be it a heart issue or choking, and also demonstrated them himself. We had ample time to practice CPR on both adult and infant dummies. I attended with my friend who was in the medical field before retirement. She said that she had been to numerous medical classes during her career and that Brian's was one of the best presentations she had ever attended. I highly recommend Milestone CPR.
