The Dr's were amazing - I have had 3 root canals done over the course of 4 years and every time the service was fabulous. I felt the Dr's were compassionate, patient and thorough. The procedure itself (while nerve wracking for me personally) was seamless. They made me feel as physically comfortable as possible and explained the steps of the procedure so I was mentally comfortable. Additionally, the Dr made certain to go over the follow up care thoroughly to make certain there was no confusion. The next day, I received a follow up call from the Dr to confirm I was feeling better and to address any questions or concerns. Hands down, this office and its practitioners are professional, compassion and very good at what they do.

They sent refill to pharmacy but they didn't tell me it needed a prior authorization. When I called last week, they said they had sent it. Today they admitted they did not send it and that they are so back logged that it takes 6-8 weeks for them to submit prior authorizations for routine refill requests. This is a crazy unacceptable detail, and to make it worse they never told me of the delay. When I asked for a phone number to the leadership team, the PA was done within an hour. Previously I had to call / send portal message 4 times for a refill and was then told they were back up and I should call every time I need a refill instead of using the refill line or portal refill. Why can't they hire adequate staff?

I was really hurting, and they took care of me with such care and professionalism. 1) They were proactive, constantly reaching out to me to make sure I had all of the appointments I needed, and they were always available to speak on a phone call. Their operation is incredibly well-oiled and organized. 2) Everyone from the receptionist, to the lab technician, to the physicians expressed real, genuine concern for my well-being. Their kindness meant so much. And I could see them interacting similarly with all of the other patients. 3) I had seen several teams of physicians, totaling probably 15 medical professionals prior to coming to Rheumatology Associates, and no one could crack the case of what was wrong with me. Dr. Kerouack and Dr. Gartner figured it out immediately, and quickly had me on the mend. I'm so thankful to this wonderful organization! During one exam, Dr. Bryant experienced something she did not like and immediately had dialogue with me, got up, carried her laptop across the facility and made an immediate appointment to check out her findings to make sure I did not have breast cancer.
