Everything from the atmosphere and feel of the place to the excellent customer service to the skills displayed I was happy! I walked into Elle Esthetics after looking for a new place to go myself after seeing a lot of good reviews for Elle Esthetics and Lyndsay, I figured "Why not, let's try it!" (I'm so glad I did) from the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly with excellent customer service. While waiting, I kept hoping I would have my appointment with Lyndsay as so many others had a good experience. I was in awe of how pretty the atmosphere was, nicely decorated. Another staff member walked me to the back where my appointment would take place. She also demonstrated good customer service and was very informative about all the other services. Lois was the one who suggested that I needed to have my eyebrows done. When I went back after the red fiasco, she decided to correct it by doing some darker shading. I liked the new color, but the pain and bleeding were unexpectedly severe. I'm fairly tolerant of pain (even sutured my own laceration with no anesthesia) and I had eyeliner tattoos done twice and tolerated it very well. However, this was out of proportion to what I would have expected. I understand that it was as frustrating for Lois as much as it was for me, but I bled so much, and she said she couldn't use any more topical anesthetic for the pain. She treated me like it was my fault, and glared at me when I gave her my payment. She wouldn't even take my check until I left a tip, and I'd always tipped before that. My new esthetician noticed the stippling scars on my eyebrows, and said that Lois went too deep. Please understand that I recognize Lois as a master in her craft in eyelash extensions. I know that she now has a school to teach eyelash extensions, and I'm sure she's very good at that. However, after my eyebrow experience, I would never go back.

She showed me the colors and I show her the design with colors I want. She looks at me and just says "we don't do designs here. It should've said that online." Well it doesn't, anywhere.
