She did great with lash extensions, but when I got my eyebrows done, my first threading was SO RED that I looked like a freak! My husband was embarrased to be seen with me. Lois was the one who suggested that I needed to have my eyebrows done. When I went back after the red fiasco, she decided to correct it by doing some darker shading. I liked the new color, but the pain and bleeding were unexpectedly severe. I'm fairly tolerant of pain (even sutured my own laceration with no anesthesia) and I had eyeliner tattoos done twice and tolerated it very well. However, this was out of proportion to what I would have expected. I understand that it was as frustrating for Lois as much as it was for me, but I bled so much, and she said she couldn't use any more topical anesthetic for the pain. She treated me like it was my fault, and glared at me when I gave her my payment. She wouldn't even take my check until I left a tip, and I'd always tipped before that. My new esthetician noticed the stippling scars on my eyebrows, and said that Lois went too deep. Please understand that I recognize Lois as a master in her craft in eyelash extensions. Got a brow lamination done and absolutely love the end result. They did such a great job and the ladies are all so nice and very welcoming.

As you can see here I got my eyebrows microbladed in June 2020 and by August 2020 the color completely faded. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this place for so many different reasons first of all the OWNER lois, did my eyebrows, a BLACK woman was completely distasteful to me!! I recommend TONS of people to her because I truly loved her work in the beginning but the three times I've spoken to her I was really disgusted by the way she talks about dark skin and how "it just doesn't work". I've seen plenty of women my color get it done and theirs looks completely fine, color retained perfectly. Her "solution" is for me to get microshading instead which is a more expensive procedure that I would have to pay $250 extra for after I've already just spent $300 just for the blading. I'm just disappointed knowing that the only reason why I have to pay MORE for "extra" work is solely because of the pigmentation of my skin. read more

So happy I found Lois and her staff in my search for the best eyelash extensions in Lincoln. I spent plenty of time researching once I decided to start my eyelashes journey. I knew I was going to be committed and wanted someone to be clean and professional. That is exactly what I found. Lois always does a fantastic job. Lovely full lashes ever time. I go with the volume set now and it lasts 3 weeks easily. I am very active and work in a hot kitchen and they hold up in the humidity very well. I am hooked and now she added Molly who threads my eyebrows and she did a great job as well! You can get all kinds of professional facial work done in one place. Lois is very professional. I was very new in Lincoln and didn't know where to go for my lashes and Facials. But fortunately I stumble on a groupon; I bought it just to give it a try and I had the best experience with Lois. My lashes looked wonderful and lasted longer than other lashes I have had. I am giving an extra start because when it comes down to the lashes, they truly have always been beautiful every time I've gotten them done and have never had any irritations or pain from them (or so I thought). They make my early morning shifts a breeze to get ready for and I will continue getting them done, just not from this place/Lois. To begin, I have always been five minutes early to all five of my appointments. Lois has consistently been at least 15 minutes late. EVERY. TIME. In fact, for one appointment I waited over an hour for her because she double booked me and unfortunately, I live 40 minutes out of Lincoln and REALLY needed my lashes refilled, so I stayed and waited. She has no problem taking phone calls from clients, friends, and family during the service and almost ALWAYS took at least one call during each appointment. Shortly after my second to last appointment with her, I discovered I had pink eye, yet hadn't been around anyone who could possibly have it. Not sure if she gave it to me, but it made me VERY wary of EVER recommending her. I will not be going back to her because of these things, although she always did a wonderful job on my lashes. read more
