First, there is a lack of communication between the office staff and the guys in the field. Second, when installing the walls of my brand new shower, they misjudged and drilled in the wrong place. They covered it up with white caulk, but never said a word about the mistake. Then, when they were finished we tried to give our son a bath and had no hot water and the tub wouldn't drain. They had to send someone else out to fix it and that person covered the caulked over drill hole with a plastic plate that doesn't even match our shower. They came back a third time to finishe putting in the sink and toilet and when they pulled out the old stool, they put it in the tub to drain, scratching my brand new tub!!!
