The only downside is that you need to order food two days ahead if you would like to order from them, which we didn't realize. But that's not an issue, as there are many places in the area that deliver. If anything, I think the flexibility of food is a plus for picky eaters. I was shocked to see how much excess aluminum was in my system. Fortunately with the help of the infrared sauna I have been able to reduce these levels and get towards a more healthier me. The medical massage has been a fabulous experience for me. Having a sedentary job and enjoying physical recreational sports like basketball, the gym, and golf the medical massage has allowed me to reduce the aches and pains as I age. It has helped me delay replacement surgery for arthritis while re-aligning my muscles to their proper positioning.
