I asked my cancer surgeon for the name of the best possible plastic surgeon that he knew of and told him I was willing to travel anywhere to get the best result in my follow up cosmetic surgery. My cancer doctor gave me 2 names of top plastic surgeons but said the #1 best guy is Dr. Hove. I was more than willing to drive 1 1/2 hours to Paoli Pa. to see Dr. Hove. Once you walk through the front door of his office everything is first class. Starting with the waiting room and the receptionist, through to the nurse and doctor every one seemed very friendly and competent. I remained awake during my surgery and there was absolutely no pain either during or after surgery. Dr. Hove explained to me that he would hide my surgery scar. Within one week after surgery my scar was invisible, I could not believe how fast is healed. The doctor used incredibly tiny stitches that brought the skin together perfectly. While in his waiting room I looked through a large photo album on the coffee table which showed before and after pictures of some of his patients. Some of those results were amazing, Many of his older patients looked 10 to 15 years younger after having their facial wrinkles and sags tightened up. I asked to get a dental cleaning and got scheduled pretty quickly. They requested that I send them my latest X-rays. I told them I do not need an evaluation of any kind, just a cleaning - in and out... Nevertheless, they insisted, saying it's their policy, so I reluctantly requested my current office to send them X-rays, which they did. While in the dental chair, I repeated my request to just get a cleaning - nothing more. However, they insisted on taking the X-rays yet again - I'd guess to just bill my insurance because they could... I was not happy to waste time and get radiated again, but complied. The dental hygienist tried to upsell me while I was in the chair! I may've agreed on some the procedures, which were offered, but the mere fact of pressuring me while I was already in the chair and not asking in advance was appalling. In addition, planned another appointment after the visit, and did not have time for all of that, so I refused. Before the cleaning was completed, the dentist came into the room, and the hygienist promptly stopped the procedure. Again, I said I do not need an evaluation, just the cleaning. Again, they insisted on it. The doctor spent a few min. with me and left. I missed my next appointment and was kind of upset with what took place, but lo and behold, they send me a bill for the doctor's exam! I've had dental insurance for many years, and cleaning was ALWAYS free. Apparently, not in this office. We called a couple of times trying to resolve this issue, but the office manager would basically have just angry monologues, and barely let use speak. So, if you are a sucker for unexpected charges and pressure to upsell while in the dental chair, this office is for you. I will pay the scummy bill, but I will never get even close.

Now, I know what sales is about, but you know you're not going to sell door hardware by making your customer feel crappy (that only works for women's cosmetics). Anyway, I walked out of here feeling totally stoked about doors and hardware and they have kitchen and bathroom porn too. I ran into another couple who were returning to buy some interior doors too.
