When I got to my appointment they told me they didn't have Botox and tried to sell me on dysport (which by the way was the same price as Botox for the same amount when normally dysport is cheaper). Because I am not a fluent Spanish speaker, they were very accommodating and provided a technician Erik who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I finally came for my sessions (three in total because they offer helpful packages) the same technician who I met with beforehand was there to help. They did a fantastic job making of making me comfortable throughout the process and the facial I got was the best I ever had. They went into detail and cleaned every last pore. I couldn't be happier!
