When I got my van back , The same week, I brought it to a CAA certified general mechanic that I have over 3000$ in damage but not to fix it because the body was rusted and pierce threw. They should have never put in a transmission in my car because of the frame all rusted out. He did not told me or advise me of this.just took my money. Going to court to get my money back plus leaving me without a vehicle for more than 3 months as a single parent with 2 kids. CAA did nothing to help me. I have 2 general garage and 1 transmission. Garage that will testify that nobody should have put a transmission in my vehicle. Plus it takes 15 hrs to installed a used transmission on my vehicle , not that 1 month and 3 days.STAY AWAY, NOT HONEST.

When I brought it to B&N transmission and explained my "story" they said "let us take a look". Same day, they called back saying that I don't need a new transmission. they ran a few test, changed the transmission oil and filter and for less than 600$ I was told that my transmission is perfectly fine! They said my car would be about 2 hours..I had a call in just over an hour that it was ready! Reasonable price. Put my all season tires in bags. I didn't have any. Left my radio volume where I left it and my car seat in the right position. All little things but they made this customer happy. Very friendly staff
