Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. I did not expect the additional installation using their shop supplies, so I doubled the consult fee which was still very reasonable. Thanks guys for treating a double walk-in so professionally. I was in the area so I dropped by to make an appointment for another time to investigate the issue. The man there said he'd take a quick look right away, spent 5 minutes looking into it and fixed it right there. I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing." It was a simple reset needed after the car battery died a while ago. Much appreciated and great to see.

Decided to…read moreput a used transmission in after I paid the price of a rebuilt 3400$ He took 1 month & 3 days to installed the transmission. In total he had my vehicle 3 months 3 days. When I got my van back , The same week, I brought it to a CAA certified general mechanic that I have over 3000$ in damage but not to fix it because the body was rusted and pierce threw. They should have never put in a transmission in my car because of the frame all rusted out. He did not told me or advise me of this.just took my money. Going to court to get my money back plus leaving me without a vehicle for more than 3 months as a single parent with 2 kids. CAA did nothing to help me. I have 2 general garage and 1 transmission. Garage that will testify that nobody should have put a transmission in my vehicle. Plus it takes 15 hrs to installed a used transmission on my vehicle , not that 1 month and 3 days.STAY AWAY, NOT HONEST.
