I spoke Yousef, the builder of the home and discussed my plans of adding a second story to my house, to which he said it could be done and showed me the addition and extension that he did on the same house, as well as the underpinning. Being a realtor, I have had countless amount of experiences with renovation companies through my past clients. This year I had my own experience with Solution Build Group, which was nothing less of fantastic. I purchased an investment house for myself that was a major fixer; Solution Build Group Inc. did a fantastic job of turning it into a beautiful home. They fixed the crack in the foundation. To create a larger kitchen, they moved a wall, and then remodeled the kitchen. They changed the stove and laundry hook-ups from electric to gas, installed beautiful crown molding throughout, painted the whole house, installed new flooring throughout, new cabinetry, repaired/replaced/added plumbing, installed a wonderful new gourmet sink, installed new light/plumbing fixtures, door hardware, new electric receptacles and GFI's throughout house, built and installed permanent shelving in the garage and new fencing in the rear yard. Basement renovation and seperate entrance I am pleased to say that i am very satisfied with Solution build Group Inc . They just finished my basement located in Sandalwood and Chinquacousy, Brampton the target date of May 24. i am happy from start to bottom. From the very beginning the team of professionals were extremely kind and worked in a very professional manner where they would spend an hour cleaning after themselves each day. I received my ESA certificate of all the electrical work , all the plumbing was done by licensed plumber, and i couldn't be more pleased with the framer and dry wallers working under the supervision of Mr Frank. I should say my most worry was the separate entrance part of the project which was done in only 4 days and passed the city inspection. Solution Build Group Inc. was hired for the renovation of my basement, 4 piece ensuite washroom, and custom kitchen on the main floor. I found the company while browsing online and requested a quote, where I was promptly given a call to have an examiner look at the basement. I met with Yousef in the same week, who came and checked the space out, and wrote down what I wanted to create. After viewing the basement, Yousef then emailed me a detailed report outlining all aspects of the renovation, to which I agreed to and him and his team started shortly after. The job itself took 6 weeks to complete, and everything was completed according to the initial plan. The team was very respectful of our space, and aside from moving materials in and out of the house, they were practically unnoticeable. Yousef and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time, on budget, friendly, communicative, cordial, and informed. After three months of construction on our basement, I was glad to see it was done. Yousef was a good communicator from the very beginning. I purchased my home last summer, and wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. I had a lower budget but wanted it done properly without any complications. I called Yousef from solution build group inc. and he said it could be done easily. He came to my townhouse with a plumber to make sure it could be done. Once we found out that it could, and he took measurements and proceeded to design my kitchen. It was complete quickly and looks amazing! The layout is more than I could have imagined, and the quality of the cabinets, especially the crown moulding, is very high end.
