Val has an office that is not conducive to serving folks in pain. The benches in his office were bamboo, with lightly padded seats. Very hard to sit on for as long as we had to. Especially after an accident. His wife was constantly moving around the office, and very unfriendly. At one point during the process, I brought all bills and notices into the office so that they were on record.
