I've sent multiple emails and left several voicemails over the past few days, and not a single person has bothered to get back to me. ​Because of the poor craftsmanship and the lack of communication, I was unable to deliver these pieces for the wedding reception today. This has resulted in the total dissatisfaction of my clients and, ultimately, the loss of their business entirely. It is incredibly frustrating to have my professional reputation damaged by a supplier's lack of care and accountability. ​I am still waiting on a full refund.
