The service was non existent. I took my daughter to get so intimates, and we were ignored. We were not acknowledged at any point in the near twenty minutes we waited. The experience was great to start. It's a nice, lovely, organized store. They measured my size which was critical for my ever changing, Yo yo body. I was attended to beautifully, trying on the different styles to find the best fit. The sales girl was very nice and helpful, passing me bras over the door so I didn't have to go look myself. I'm a Medium size dress with 36 Double D bra size. The wireless Enbliss bra was wonderfully supportive. Unfortunately I couldn't find the size I needed in the colors I wanted. I waited patiently for someone to help me look but I guess they were done helping me. I got home so disappointed that I didn't get the bras I so desperately needed. If anyone thinks bras and shoes are expensive, keep in mind we need/use (depending on your life style) them both daily and use them more then our car tires. Luckily I got over my pouting and ordered exactly what I wanted online! The bras were on sale and I'm thrilled! $20.00 each! I also got a great deal on some comfy thongs. I really don't mind getting exactly what I wanted in the mail. I just had to get sized, and try on in person for the perfect fit. Idea: have a kiosk in the store to order the size/color they may not have in stock in the store so I could buy right there and receive in the mail. They may actually let you order there but they were busy and I got shy and left. Sooo great bras! Great prices, friendly staff and attentive for the hardest part. Just no follow through and they let me walk out slowly without trying to close the deal. read more

I've been here twice and each time the staff have been extremely nice . Soma always seems to have great inventory and lots to choose from. On both of my visits here , they have had discounts on select items. Right now they have bogo 50% sales going on. I think we all can agree that quality intimate apparel can be expensive ; so I highly recommend Soma if you want some quality pieces that won't break the bank. read more

I walked in today to grab a few bras quickly before my trip. Let's just say the service was AWFUL. No one asked if they could help me. I finally had to ask where a certain bra was and they just pointed to the table up front and left it at that. I had to help myself to a fitting room and no one asked if they could help me. Do I need to yell across the store for help? Giving one star is a compliment after my experience today. Needless to say, I walked out with nothing at all. Do better, Soma employees. read more

Ok, imagine Victoria Secret but boutique style with quality materials. You get personal service which I love. My go to favorite items are the cool night pajamas & the super soft embraceble panties. It's heaven for your body! The material is so soft & comfy. The PJ's are some kinda special material to help you stay cool at night. (I'm always cold so that part doesn't matter to me). I literally can't wait to get home....pour up my wine...& slip on the best pajamas. Now onto the panties. Super soft & breathable. They don't stretch out after one or two wears like other places which is why I love them! Let's get down to brass tax (tacks? I don't know the etymology of that term but whatever.) I HATE bra shopping and I've managed to avoid it like the plague for a good 5+ years but being 11 months postpartum with ever changing breasts due to breastfeeding I needed a bra or two that fits impeccably and makes me feel good about myself. I got a bra fitting by Jylon and she was amazing. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store, despite actively helping at least one maybe even two others. I immediately felt comfortable with her; I don't even feel that comfortable with my husband with my shirt off, LOL. I found not one but THREE bras. Probably would have found at least 2-3 more if I had more time and money lol. These bras aren't cheap at around $42 a piece but they seem to be excellent quality and they have SO many different fits that you're bound to find at least one that is comfortable. And they're one of the only places that I know of that sells extended sizes for those of us with bra sizes much further into the alphabet than D. I'm looking at you, Victoria's Secret. Shove it! I hate you. Anyway, the selection is awesome and the service is even better. Don't hesitate to check it out and I highly recommend accepting every bit of help offered while you're in the fitting room. Don't be shy! read more

I went here to get fitted for a bra, and the lady there told me I was a 32DD. I was wearing a bra of that exact size, and it was not the right size. She must have lied on purpose because the didn't have my size and just wanted to sell some bras, because when I measured myself it came out to a 26FF. There's a pretty big difference in 26 and 32 underbust (and a DD vs FF cup). She didn't even seem like she cared about me as a customer at all. To top it off, she then recommended that I try their bralettes. I walked out of there with nothing and went somewhere else. If you have smaller breasts then maybe they will be fine for you, but I would NOT recommend this place for anyone with larger breasts. read more
