SUPER from Start to Finish! I emailed Oud after business hours and, to my surprise, he responded back so promptly. He offered such flexibility in scheduling both the time and location of the signing. Oud also arranged to have the witnesses at his office, which alleviated me of this burdensome requirement. Oud deserves 10 stars out of 5! He's the absolute best! For starters, the day before leaving the Bay I realized I need to notarize a copy of my passport. I called them on Sunday evening (they are open 3-7 pm) - so convenient! Old told me to come on Monday morning. I needed a couple of signatures notarized and I'm not about to pay $30-70 for "travel fees." There are so many mobile notaries in the City but it's quite hard to find someone who will actually meet you somewhere without extra fees. Oud's location at 88 Townsend is in my neck of the woods and although he does offer mobile services, he's also flexible and let's you meet him there. From my first call, to subsequent texts to make an appointment and meeting in person, he was super responsive, professional, and friendly. Hire this guy! Thank you yelpers for recommending Oud. He's incredibly professional, quick and thorough. I bought a house in Toronto and needed my closing documents notarized since I'm in SF. I called Oud, he picked up upon first ring and gave me a fair quote (trust me, I did some shopping). I called back a week later when I was ready to get my documents signed and believe it or not, Oud shows up in 20 minutes with his suitcase in hand. We sat down for ~15 minutes, we went over all documents together and ensured every required signature was captured. Despite having to review the same documents 4 times (there were 4 copies of each package), he was incredibly patient and equally thorough upon every review.
