Spectacular! I made an appointment on a Saturday, entirely online, for the following day. Matt showed up 3 minutes before the appointment time. Absolutely NOT recommended. My wife and I waited for Mr. Miller to arrive at our home at 10:00 AM. Mr. Miller did not arrive so at 10:12, I called his cellphone. He did not answer so I left a voicemail. Just one minute later at 10:13, I received an email from Mr. Miller stating that when he arrived for the appointment, the lady who answered the door said that I did not live there. How ridiculous and incredulous! In a subsequent email, Mr. Miller stated that the house he went to was painted orange. The house directly across the street from me is painted orange. So if Mr. Miller did indeed come, he went to the wrong house! Can someone who does notary and apostille work be trusted to do the work accurately, if he cannot even find the correct house (house numbers are posted very clearly)? Mistakes do happen. I understand and I am a quite forgiving individual. However, in this situation what is most disturbing and upsetting is that Mr. Miller has my phone number, yet he never called when he supposedly arrived for the appointment, nor did he return any of my many phone calls. How rude and unprofessional. NOT recommended! Normally, I let bygones be bygones and move on. However, Mr. Miller, in an apparent attempt to detract from his mistake, responded (please refer to his response) to my above comments with a number of gross inaccuracies which I need to address. 1) I am not Mr. Grossman, and Mr. Miller knows that. 2) the address provided is my address and as such cannot be incorrect. 3) the important document that needed to be signed today, was to have been delivered to Stockwell Engineers in Harrisburg, SD. This firm also confirmed my address with Mr. Miller. 4) Both Stockwell Engineers and I are real people and have no reason to be Mr. Miller's "scumbag competition trying to disgrace him by pulling a dirty trick." If Mr. Miller had only returned my numerous phone calls.... How rude and unprofessional. NOT recommended. read more
