Anyways, looking online for other dancewear places in the Omaha area was quite a difficult task as many of the ones listed were closed or the number was disconnected. We needed something quickly since it is getting pretty close to show time! Anyways, we stumbled upon Upstairs Dancewear and lucky for us, they answered the phone! We asked the lady on the phone if she had what we needed, and she did! In multiple sizes too! We rushed over there to make it to try on the dance shoes before they closed! Upstairs Dancewear is kind of off the beaten path and is a small store. They only sell things needed to dance. There were two lovely ladies there that know a lot about dance and dancewear and they had what we needed! I would definitely call here first if we ever need dance wear. They really know what they're doing and currently are the only place in town for the kind of dance shoes we needed! Highly recommend!

Um, no, it it was with a friend who was buying them as a gag as part of costume... does that make sense? Okay, well anyway I went to Dr. John's. Since this was very likely my one and only trip here, why not a review? First off, they ID you right inside the door, which disappointed me right away because I'm used to getting served alcohol right after being ID'ed... No such luck. Second, I'm not sure why in this day and age (what with the Internet and all) anyone would want to park their car on one of the busiest streets in Omaha to go to an adult store... For that reason I assume most of the patrons at 2pm that Saturday afternoon were shopping for bachelorette parties or simlar. And there's plenty of that sort of fodder here for that. But if you're looking for something else, the staff is more than willing to help. However, you're looking for what we were looking for - more of a "novelty style", androgynous, less "functional" blow up doll - no such luck. We had to go to Spencer's for that (which in the past 10 years has become their own kind of adult store...) It was definitely an interesting day.

I had gone in looking for some pants for a clinical rotation requiring business casual allowing for movement with patients. I ended up leaving the store with 4 pairs of pants that I absolutely adore. Tara made sure to make me feel confident in my purchase with several different styles, sizes, and colors. It's been a little challenging finding pants as an individual with some curves and changing sizes. Tara did a WONDERFUL job making me feel confident in my body and the clothes I choose to wear. I have nothing but good vibes with the location out at village point and I can't wait to go back for another sale. As athleisure goes, this isn't the most expensive I've seen but they do run occasional sales! This is 100% worth every penny and allows me to move during physical therapy sessions with patients. I was immediately greeted upon entering and a friendly salesperson took me to the parts of the store that had these pants. The store looked like it had wide selection of athletic clothing, though I did not browse extensively. In the fitting room, another person was incredibly friendly and helpful, finding me another size as the initial size was too big. Every single person I encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful. The pants I purchased were super comfortable and I am excited to wear them to work!

We had a really fun time in this target yesterday and bought more than expected. The only complaint…read morewas we couldn't find any activated charcoal tablets for internal use. Just charcoal toothpaste. A contribution to our positive experience was a group of women workers of many age groups folding clothes/straightening merchandise in the ladies department next to swimwear. The were having the best time chatting while they were working. It was a delight to hear people laughing and enjoying one another, just having a good time while working. It seems a rarity these days to hear people laughing while working, or even being permitted to be naturally human and commune while getting paid to do a job. I hope this is a great reflection of targets values. We need more happiness in this world.

So I told her she could check out the people behind me so I don't hold up the line, and all I got back was "no." Not even like in a decent no but a NO. Like sorry I'm trying to be a decent human? Her service was terrible, other than that I hate this target. ( only went to her because my ONE item was in a lock box, she should be glad I didn't have a cart full of things)
