All the equipment worked great and did the job!!! Everyone I've worked with at A to Z has been super helpful and great to work with! The guys that dropped off the equipment and picked it up were helpful and walked me through the equipment. I'll definitely be renting from A to Z for any other projects that come up.

This is a partime business, so Shelly works a day job and is just too busy to return a phone call or text for 2 days. Her party was on Saturday, I find out on Wednesday that they feel it is to far to drive. She yelled at me on the phone, aggressive and is very unprofessional. I'm throwing a birthday party for my 17 year old daughter, and I really need all the help I can get. I called and talked to Shelly, she asked when the party was, I told her in 6 days, she said that she was booked solid and that she would not be able to help me, then she paused for a moment and said I think that I can. She figured out a way to squeeze me in. Thank you Shelly. She offered some great ideas in the few minutes I was talking to her. My stress level has gone way down and I now know that I am in great hands. I am really glad that I found Shelly and Lasting Impressions. The way that I was treated has sure left a positive impression with me. As you can see, things started off great, they ended very poorly, with her telling me that she never should have tried to squeeze me in, I sure wish that she did not as well. I could have found someone who could help me. She got me all excited about an outdoor movie screen for the party. Well, we had one for the party, except it was ordered off of Amazon, because I found a blowup movie screen, cables and a projector. That I ended up buying at way over a $1000. Just make sure that you get it ALL IN WRITING, because if they make a mistake, they do not take responsibility for for it, they just leave you hanging. Shelly, said it was just to far away and that they would not make any money, I even told her, please tell me how much you need to cover your costs, I needed the items for my daughters birthday and at this point, I had no other choice, she would not listen on the phone, she has a lot to learn in running a business.

I emailed and she never responded. She had ads posted all over Craigslist, guess she doesn't need the business. Don't bother with this woman. Not responsible enough or organized to have a business.
